You need something as an anti-poison or clock work heart is killed by poison nearly every time.
Additionally taking clockwork heart seems to not allow you to keep any gains to max hp between rounds, which is very punishing. It also make max hp items virtually useless.
Finally if fighting the big boss and a watermelon spawn in the slot directly down from the boss it is impossible to select the watermelon.
All that being said good game, decently well balanced

From what I would like to see in your game: a new "coffee bean" item that would protect the main character from sleep.
1. the idea is great, I had a lot of fun while playing, but the only thing I feel inconvenient is the 2 actions: confirm used items and pull the level, because once I confirm used items, I can't turn it back so basically they are same, in my opinion, we should use 1 button at all
2. I think I will need the speed up button for forks or items repeated multiple times, or just speed up the action
3. Slottie's upgrade tells me that I can expand "row" or "column", but I only see the expand row, where is column? or did I just miss it somewhere? idk
Had a lot of fun playing, it's like slay the spire but with a crippling addiction, yepee! only kidding of course, it's a great idea, very creative.
it is difficult to give commentary on a game that is still in its infancy, because everything is obvious; more items, more trinkets, more synergies, more enemies, more of everything basically, that is an easy conclusion to come to, but i'm sure the devs are working hard to make it a more complete experience, so i'm gonna keep a good eye on this little game.
